Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Performance Tester.

As our client explained:

Overview
We are looking for a performance tester to join our QA/Test team.

Tasks:
- Early involvement in the release process, to identify the requirements for performance testing.
- Drafting performance test plans, reviewing, getting a sign off from development.
- Performance test environment schedule planning and management.
- Release coordination on performance test environment.
- Reporting on performance tests, escalating any impediments affecting the schedule.

Profile:
- Experienced, highly motivated professional, who can drive the performance testing of releases from requirements until production release follow up.
- Ability to drive the process to ensure in time deliveries
- Experience with commonly used web performance test tools: JMeter, Load Runner.
- Experience with Neoload is a plus.
- Experience with high transaction rate systems.
- Experience in testing Java (JEE) based systems.
- Experience in working in an agile environment.
- Good knowledge of software development process.

Duration: Until the 2012-12-31, with the possibility of extension.
