SAP Business Support Consultant - Stockholm

Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a SAP Business Support Consultant.

As our client explained:

We are seeking a SAP Business Support Consultant.

Tasks
The consultant will be integrated in the Backoffice and Testing group of the Infrastructure Section and carry out SAP support and corresponding tasks.

Specifically:
- Problem resolution for the existing SAP environment;
- SAP installed base's functional problem solving;
- Knowledge-transfer to key users on the installed SAP modules;
- SAP installed base's support packages, EH packages, new features and available solutions

Non exclusive list of Functional support covering the elements:
- Testing of support packages
- ABAP bug fixing;
- Enterprise Portal support;
- Authorizations support;
- ESS/ MSS support;
- PA support;
- OM support;
- Time registration support;
- Update of SAP Functional Documentation (Functionality and test-cases accordingly)
- Handling of 'How-to..?' questions
- Training of staff (support and admin)

Non exclusive list of technical support:
 -Transportations
- Client copies
- Response to enquiries on SAP installed base technical information required
- Support for the system's testing after fixes

Others maintenance tasks (non exclusive list):
- Asset register support;
- SAP Portal support

Competences and skills
- 5 years working experience with SAP HCM with focus on TM, OM and PM;
- Hand-on experience with SAP Time Management configuration, implementation and maintenance;
- Experience with SAP ESS;
- Ability to document functional improvements;
- Ability to assist key-users in testing;
- Strong experience in the rest of SAP HR and all the key sub modules

Advantageous are:
- A SAP certification related to the SAP HR module or a sub module in SAP HR
- Experience with SAP system administration and installation;
- ABAP programming;
- Development experience customizing an SAP solution with emphasis on HCM;

Personal skills:
- Experience with working in a multicultural environment
- Very good command of English oral and written
- Very good organisational skills: a planned approach to tasks and ability to prioritize;
- Very good communication skills;
- High level of service orientation;
- Excellent team worker but also able to work self dependent.

Duration: 4 days per week until the 2012-10-31, with a good possibility of extension.
Start: 2012-09-01
