Tasks
The main tasks of the Project Manager - IT Service Management within the Client's Infrastructure team will be:
- to sustain the development/ maintenance of the Client's Service Catalogue
- to develop and agree internal as well external Service Level Agreements
- to manage the development and implementation of the IT service management methodology ITIL
- to support further development of the Service Management Tool - Landesk Service Desk Console
The expected main deliverables are:
- an updated Service Catalogue
- internal/ external Service Level Agreements
- improved ITIL processes
- implementation of new ITIL processes
Competences and skills:
- Good knowledge and experience with the design of the Service Management Tool - Landesk Service Desk Console
- Good knowledge and experience using Crystal Reporting Tools
- Holding ITIL expert certificate
- High level of service orientation
- Experience of working in an international working environment
- Experience of working in a public sector environment
- Excellent team worker but also able to work self dependent
- Ability to prioritize the workload
- Very good communication skills
Duration: Until the 2013-01-31, with a good possibility of extension.
