Delivery Manager (Hub) Telecom - Stockholm

Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Delivery Manager (Hub) Telecom.

Please note: This can be a long term assignment.

As our client explained:

Just nu söker vi efter en Delivery Manager (Hub).

Konsulten kommer att arbeta med följande:
- Actively work in the Forecasting process for service needs for the HUB and be involved in the Budget preparation. Meetings once every third month with Managers on DURA lever to discuss the DURA - Roadmap. PDU Managers together with Hub DM.
- The mandate to initiate projects, project managers and resources
- Secure the resources we need for our daily operations in Replir
- Monthly report to ESM Manager
- Reports to bi-weekly ESM - OSG
- Reports and status to EIT - OSG and/or LT
- Work out an essential KPI and retune it - Improve our relationship with our business/the customer. Secure that we accomplish the KPI. (Weekly report lost man hours to Hub Operations Manager)
- To manage the delivery. This will include ensuring that the request is delivered on time, meet's business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.
- Monitor the appointed business per Hub Delivery Manager and have a close dialogue with the business/the customer regarding their environment, load on servers, forecast the environment together with them and also discuss this from an economic perspective and to see to it that the environment is used in a cost effective way.
- Secure and improve the work with the ITM and LAB DM - "one interface"
- Delivery Planning for Service delivery and projects
- Daily interface representative for orders
- Communicate delivery status
- Requirement handling
- Handling changes of scope
- Improvement handling of delivered services
- Prepare and deliver aggregated reporting
- Financial follow up and reporting
- Perform Quarterly Business Reviews
- Supplier delivery and relation reviews
- Escalation management
- Accountable for the delivery of services and projects.
- Mandate to represent line and take decisions in appointed area
- Plan for cost efficient service deliveries based on the defined services
- Drive and manage improvements including operational demands and orders.
- Translate business needs into orders and technical solutions
- Responsible for securing the local roadmaps when applicable
- Responsible for securing the deployment of the solution
- Financial forecast and follow-up
- Ensure best practice knowledge sharing.
- Execute agreed plans and have control of all ongoing ITTE related projects
- Governance and reporting of Stakeholder interface (SLAs)
- Establish, agree and follow-up the financial budget/forecast for the respective area/region/site/organization
- Govern the operational supplier relationships and supplier SLAs
- Proactively drive dialogue with the internal stakeholders on, short-term topics (now - 1 year).
- Support ITTE Business Practice and ITTE Product Area in converting mid and long term business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Accountable for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) towards Stakeholders
- Ensure the team's outcome according to targets and scope.
- Plan and allocate work and responsibilities within the team.
- Track and report on the progress.
- Support and coach team members, including providing feedback to team members on their performance.
- Provide feedback to Line Manager on team members' performance.
- Identify training and competence needs in the team.

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
