The Hub Operational Architect (HOA) is responsible for the end-to-end Hub operational architecture including all systems, network and infrastructure components.
- Documentation of end to end processes and their dependency on the technology and solutions.
- Proactive identification of design issues and weaknesses within the process/technology area and preparation of proposals for solution.
- Active participation and sign off in requirements and design phase of new solutions within the process area, ensuring non-functional requirements are captured and a ?design for operations?
- Impact and dependency analysis for change and configuration management within the process area
- Create and own the HUB technical roadmap.
- Analysis of problem records data and trends to identify and propose activities that will improve quality.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring strategy and plan for the systems within the process area, in cooperation with Hub Monitoring Teamleader
- Work with users and stakeholders of the process areas to understand real working environment and identify improvement areas
- Ensure that a high quality, end to end capacity plan is developed and maintained for the systems and infrastructure in the process area.
Kompetens:
- Knowledge and understanding about ITIL core processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Config, and Capacity)
- Broad technical knowledge of applications, infrastructure and networks and how they interwork in a large enterprise environment to support end to end solutions.
- Knowledge of R&D processes and how they are dependent on IT systems, networks and infrastructure, and ways of working.
- Ability to create and maintain good business relations with suppliers, stakeholders and users.
- Team building and team working skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics in an easily understandable way.
- Analysis and presentation of quality data
