Job Description:
- Investigate ISP (In Service Performance) measurement methodology in industrial area.
- Investigate ISP (In Service Performance) requirements from telecom customer.
- Investigate the ISP (In Service Performance) measurement tools available in the world.
- Build ISP (In Service Performance) measurement system for the client, including tools, process and database which consolidate data from networks.
- Design ISP (In Service Performance) tools frame, using industry standards (TL9000). Provide ISP (In Service Performance) tool architecture and high level design which including measurement index (such as MTBF, SONE, and DOWNTIME), measurement period, data filter method, basic statistic method, database architecture.
- Design ISP (In Service Performance) Database frame and architecture.
Essential Skills required:
- Be accomplished in ISP (In Service Performance) Tool.
- Have knowledge of TL9000, reliability and availability, etc.
- Having 5 years or more experience of product development is preferred
Additional skills required:
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Good communications and presentation skills
- The ability to communicate and work in a multicultural team environment
- The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
Duration: 3 months with possibilities for extensions
