Change Manager - Telecom - Stockholm

Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Change Manager - Telecom.

As our client explained:

Vi söker en konsult som kan processerna och har telekom erfarenhet.
 
Responsibilities:
- Assess change readiness
- Prepare change management plans
- Communicate the business reasons for change
- Accountable for the complete process
- Responsible for ensuring that the Change Management process is being followed correctly
- Maintains goals and objectives within the process
- Provides a fully functional Change Management process resulting in customer satisfaction
- Liaise with stakeholders and technical staff
- Maintains Continuous Process Improvement on a regular basis
- Performs Monthly CR review in accordance with Change Control
 
Qualifications:
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Result-oriented and structured
- Ability to act proactively, being a change leader
- Solid technical and IT competence
- Very good communicative skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Positive attitude for knowledge sharing
- Analytical approach and problem solving skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Preferably experience from Design, Test and IT deliveries

Duration: 3 months with a very good the possibility of extension.
Start: ASAP
Place: Stockholm
