Drive the major technical decisions, expressed as the software architecture and solution landscape. Provide rationale for these decisions, driving down technical risks. Identify and document the architecturally significant aspects of the system from requirements that drive design, implementation and deployment "views" of the system. Ensure the project follows and implements the client's decided rules and regulations, as well as their tools and ways of working. Coordinate IACOB solution activities with other GOM projects
Participate in environment work. Structure of Data, Design, Integration, Deployment and Implementation Models. Ensure that the solution is maintainable. Promote existing client common solutions for reuse.
Kompetens:
- Experience in both the problem domain, through a thorough understanding of the requirements, and the software engineering domain
- Good communication skills to earn trust, to persuade, to motivate, and to mentor the Project members
- Goal-orientation and Pro-activity with a relentless focus on results
- Broad IT-architectural competence
- Leadership in order to drive the technical effort across the various teams, and to make critical decisions under pressure and make those decisions stick
- Good knowledge in other InfoMate processes and routines
- Interpersonal skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy
- Planning and Management skills
- Experience from managing development teams
