Provider Maintenance Manager
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Provider Maintenance Manager.

Assignment Description
Our assignment is expanding and we now want to add one more Provider Maintenance Manager to our group.
Work description
In order to support the Financial and human resources business we have some applications developed in house and some from third party suppliers.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of some of these applications. This means close contact with our customers and to follow up activities as well as contact with external suppliers.
- You will handle questions regarding the environments of the applications such as accessibility, security, performance and interfaces towards other applications.
- You will coordinate all activities within the group. This role can be compared as project manager within maintenance.
We want you to:
- have practical experience from leadership, for example project management
- be familiar to work within processes within maintenance, incidents, problems etc
- have experience from working with third party supplier
- speak and write both Swedish and English, as we are a global company
- have a strong service mind
- be able to create good customer relations
- be able to work independently and to be able to take own initiative
- be easy to work together with
Technical competence:
- Experience of the Microsoft plat form
- Experience of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience from the area of finance and/or human resource is a plus.
Duration: 6 month with an option for extension.
