Very Experienced Project Manager
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a very experienced Project Manager.
The client is looking for a very experienced Project Manager to ensure the success of their current project. The emphasis for this assignment is successful project management experience (10 years +) and not technical skills. A lot of the technical solution has already been identified. The project is already ongoing and you will be working with 3 to 4 sub groups across the Nordic Region, with about ten personnel in total. This a key project to the client, who comes from the finance sector. A background from this sector is not essential.
As the client explained:
Kunden genomför en större omstrukturering av sina IT-system för de olika verksamheterna i de nordiska länderna. I detta arbete ingår att migrera från vissa system till andra och samtidigt rulla ut nya. De tekniska delarna ska vara under kontroll på respektive område men kunden behöver en stark person som håller ihop de olika tekniska delprojekten och ser till att rätt resultat uppnås i rätt tid och ser till att kommunicera verklig status till styrgruppen med jämna mellanrum. De följer ingen speciell projektmetodik utan lång (10+ år) erfarenhet av projektledning är vad som krävs och bra referenser.
