IT Architect
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for an IT Architect.
As our client explained:
The appropriate consultant shall have the competence and capabilities to deliver in the following areas:
- IT Architecture or IT Enterprise Architecture competence, with a track record of delivering dynamic & cutting-edge solutions supporting the business needs
- Preferably a System Engineer with both IT and IT-security skills and with some Telecom knowledge and background
- Coordinate the architecture team within the project organization
- Manage, communicate and coordinate key IT architecture decisions
- Create and document a service description package, applicable globally, that will later be transferred to the line organization
- Coordinate and align with our IT partners within our organization
For this assignment it is important that the consultant has strong communication and pedagogic skills. This is important as the project has identified that proactive change management is crucial. We need a strong strategy for communication and building buy in from our Service Delivery Organizations (the target group are mainly Managers and Technicians)
Duration: 9 months with the possibility of extension.
