Test Leader
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Test Leader.
Please note: This is a long term assignment until February 2012.
Role:
Test Leader - Highly experienced.
Assignment - Tasks:
Test leader responsibilities will include managing and coordination of testing of an integrated environment with several application domains, implementation of test strategy and developing and executing the test plans, documenting results, identifying, recording, and retesting Problem Tracking Record (PTRs), and verifying that the system functions properly.
Required Competence:
Test Leader role and responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate integration and acceptance testing in an integrated environment with several application domains
- Plan in detail and execute System, Integration and Acceptance testing
- Schedule team members during testing
- Escalate issues as required to Test Managers and Project Management
- Ensure adherence to the overall Testing Strategy
- Maintain and update Test Plans for Responsible for test design documented in test matrix, test cases and test data
- Manage test activities so that Entrance Criteria and Exit Criteria are met according to plan
- Write test activity plans for each test phase (System, Integration and Acceptance testing)
- Execute test activities according to the test activity plans
- Report test progress to the Project Management
- Maintain Test Diary
- Collect test results in form of Test Status Reports and Test Reports
- Ensure all discrepancies found during testing are correctly reported and/or escalated
- Participate in writing/conducting introduction to NDP testing
Recommended experience and knowledge:
- Managing test project of similar size and complexity
- Experience of integration project implementation and test
- Knowledge of Amadeus System and on ?overview? level.
- Experience of general standards and methods for testing
Required product/system knowledge:
Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration/ Message Broker systems and SQL database systems
