Communication Specialist - CX (Consumer Experience) - Central Stockholm
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Communication Specialist - CX (Consumer Experience).

Role Description
This role will be part of the CX (Consumer Experience) HR & Communications team focusing on the specific business needs related to organizational transformations. This role will support multiple projects across the CX functions, mainly in the Consumer Experience Areas/R&D, and Digital Consumer Solutions.
This requires an analytical person with strong communication skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate understands the complexity of managing multiple stakeholders in a multinational corporation. This person will primarily report to the Communication Director for CX and work closely with the HR business partners and transformation leads.
Main Activities and Tasks
The candidate will:
- Support specific change management programs in CX (Consumer Experience)
- Work in tandem with change management lead
- Activate communications plan in the organization in scope:
Applying key message in various formats such as emails, newsletters and presentations, digital workspaces, Q&A’s, etc. as needed
Work with leaders on different levels to ensure communication is cascaded to all impacted teams
Collect feedback from organization to ensure that we respond to relevant questions
Support and drive employee engagement initiatives
Key Challenges:
- Ability to get buy-in from people belonging to different regions to work on streamlining Group initiatives
- Getting results in time when the task is dependent on various stakeholders/time zones/ channels of information
- Keeping an eye on the progress of already started activities across the globe and follow up on them
- Dealing with different kinds of personalities and cultures given the scope of the job

Background
2-5 years of relevant working experience
Education
Bachelor/ Master in Communications, Business Administration or other relevant area

- Digital mindset
- Basic competence in image and video editing is a plus
