Project Manager BIW (CRM System)
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for a Project Manager BIW (CRM System).
Task:
Your role will involve working with improving the operations of the client?s CRM system. By completing these changes, the client hopes to increase the efficiency of its CRM analysts, which, they believe, will lead to an improvement in overall business performance.
The CRM analysts require a better structured CRM data mart. It is important that all relevant information, needed by the analysts, is contained in the same mart and that as many processes as possible relating to the CRM mart are automated.
The CRM mart needs to have a multi dimensional structure and relevant aggregates.It is a part of the Common Front End within an OITR program.
Skills required:
- Very good experience as a project manager
- A good understanding of CRM solutions
- A good understanding of business
