Project Leader HR (Can be English speaking) - Central Stockholm
Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for Project Leader HR.
This is an important and interesting client in very Central Stockholm.
Can be English speaking.
We need to strengthen our team for Talent acquisition with a Project Leader supporting our new model for how to attract talent. The consultant we are looking for will act as Project leader and will be tasked with errands related to recruitment, onboarding, HR-related and so on. We are on journey to recruit 1000 + people and for this we need someone who is good on understanding how to put all systems and process in place. It is crucial that Project Leader is not only a person doing nice presentations and sheets, it is about driving change and making sure that leaders and others stakeholder in our company, jumps on the train of change.
What has happened lately is that we implemented a new ATS system alongside with a new model for recruitment. This is quite new to all our people but it needs a lot of tweaking to get going fully. We are looking for a consultant that thrives in agile atmosphere and is ready find information by him/herself.
Example of skills we are looking:
- Lead and drive improvements in Talent/HR and system related errands
- Knowledge of recruitment and how to automate systems
- Should have worked with implementations of systems before.
- Able to drive Change Management
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
