Just now we have a request from one of our Swedish clients for an Expert Consultant in video process based on FPGA.
As our client explained:
Skills Requirements:
- Experienced in the architecture of the video codec chip (H.264/Mpeg4/Mpeg2 ?).
- Experienced in the evolution and trend of the video codec field.
- Experienced in the performance evaluation of the video codec chip.
- Experienced in the architecture of FPGAs.
Project Input:
- H.264-HP protocol standard.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the H264 standard and parallelable arithmetic research.
- Develop the architecture of H264 codec chip based-on FPGA, including building the model.
- Write the corresponding documents and code for recovery arithmetic.
- Evaluate the performance of the chip, with the aim of optimizing it.
Position Requirements:
- Over 8 years experience in video codec field.
- Familiar with H264/Mpeg4 Standard.
- Excellent experience in using model tools, such as SystemC or MATLAB.
- Excellent experience in FPGA design field.
Duration: 3 months with a very good possibility of extension.
