Role description:
- Design, review and approve new systems and/or major changes to existing systems
- Partner with the organization to understand organization and departmental strategy and agree information systems solutions to meet needs
- Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
- Maintain an awareness of business solutions
- Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to support business process design
- Understanding of software architecture design and support development team in developing solutions
- Work with Project managers with technical support through the whole project cycle
Skills:
- Experience of Database design
- Experience in .Net
- Experience in architecture designs
- Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA)
- Experience with CMS tools
- Understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery on strategy
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude
- Results oriented with ability to deliver organizational benefit
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a changing environment
- Structured, analytical and flexible
- Experience from financial industry
